Let’s Get Out And Celebrate – The Palouse June 14 – 18, 2021 – NOW SOLD OUT

SOLD OUT

It’s an annual event for me to run two summer workshops in the incredible Palouse.  Last year we had to cancel the workshops due to the pandemic.  This year holds hope and we are going to run our two workshops.  The second workshop is already sold out.  Due to some attendees moving their reservations to next year I now have room for three attendees on my first workshop.

I have had my first vaccine shot and in a week I’ll have my second shot.  By the time of the workshop, a lot of people will have their full vaccines.  I don’t know about you but I have had enough of staying at home and not traveling.  So, why not get out and do some photography again.  At the time of publishing this article, I have three spots left for the first workshop that will run June 14-18, 2021.  Full information can be found on the Rockhopper Workshops web page. Please take a look at this workshop.

We travel in one vehicle ( a large 4WD Suburban type of vehicle),  We can go anywhere and we will be going places other workshops working in a carpool mode can’t go.  Plus I have permission to visit one of the largest landowners in the region and as a result, we can travel deep into the Palouse away from anyone else.  I’ll get you to locations that others don’t know about.  Plus we will have a lot of time to talk photography between stops.  We will eat dinner together and I assure you that we will all be best new friends when we depart.

Take a look at the video below.  If this video doesn’t convince you to join us I’d be surprised.  I am looking forward to trying my new Sony a1 out there along with my Sony a7r iv.  Heck, I may even shoot a number of images with my iPhone.  There is so much to shoot you’ll be surprised.

The Palouse Video

The Palouse is one of the nicest places to shoot gorgeous landscape photos in America.   Click on over to the Rockhopper Website for information about pricing and to download your registration form.  I expect this to sell out quickly, don’t hesitate.

Photography is my passion and has been for 50 plus years. My career in photography has allowed me to travel the world, meet some of the most interesting people on the planet and see things I could never have dreamed of. My goal is to share the passion of picture taking through photographs and teaching with as many people as I can, hoping it brings them as much joy and happiness as it has me. I do this through photoPXL.com, this site, as well as Rockhopper Workshops, and other projects, as well as teaching as Artist In Residence at the Indianapolis Art Center.
