Trying to print on Hot Press Bright with my P800. Tried loading it through the fine art front loader and it won’t make the turn at the rear paper support so loaded it thru the posterboard straight path and it won’t let me close the manual feed tray as instructed in the manual. Anyone know a solution?

Yes – set the platen gap and paper thicknesses to wide values and load the paper through the roll paper path in the back and push it forward. When the paper comes forward onto the front feed tray, then line it up against the front ridge as you would if you were front-loading it.

Nevermind. Epson support was able to figure out what I was doing wrong. I still had the path set as front fine art instead of front poster board.
