I like this image very much. At the risk of stepping in unasked, I find the left side distracting from from the boat under the huge iceberg. I tried cropping some from the left edge. Thoughts?

Re: a lump of iceReply #3 on: April 2, 2021 at 5:34 pmWelcome to Greenland. I think I am in that Zodiac. Nice shot. The immensity of it all.

That said, while I understand your motive I think your crop unbalances the image: it would need to be paired with a similar crop to the right, and that seems to me to remove the context.
Kevin, you and I were in the same Zodiac. This is from the end of the last excursion we did on that trip. The Ocean Nova was moored a little to the left of that berg, and like the Zodiac looked very small.

Re: a lump of iceReply #6 on: April 5, 2021 at 4:04 pmI´m for the uncroped one. It gives more ambience and sets you right in the place feeling the inmensity surrounding you. With the small zodiac under the iceberg I think you´ll still percive the hugh mass even with a wider shot.
It´s a really nice photograph
Re: a lump of iceReply #7 on: April 10, 2021 at 10:27 pmI prefer Jeremy’s original version. It’s just right and well-balanced for me.
