    Jeremy the bench looks like the subject to me, the dog is a distraction made worse, for me, by looking as though it is colour popped into a mono landscape. Sorry to be negative. Ken

    Jeremy on the A66 there are 2 car parks on the lakeshore. I think that this is from the one nearest Keswick but I will check on my next visit. actually taken about 200m along apath beside the lakeshore. The location is okay but magical in mist. This is a crop of a 212mm shot so probably about 300mm. This is from the same location sqme time at 47mm with the base of Skiddaw in the background. Ken

    I shot hundreds of images of this scene and have just finished processing this one all of 19 months after taking it. Long lens image, looking across a lake at the trees in the mist. Ken
