    The only location where we I saw tourists. With a little patience I managed to hide them behind the stones. This was the only wet day of the 10 day trip. Ken

    Easily fixed Jeremy. It is a seaweed covered rock. I have also lightened the very top of the image. Ken

    The Isle of Harris in general, and this location in particular, is one of Scotland’s honeypot location. My last visit was more than 50 years ago, deferred gratification? Unusually for NW Scotland the weather was warm and dry but very hazy. Ken

    Barra Airport is wonderful. Planes land on the beach when the tide is out and the sea is a terrific shade of turquoise. I don’t usually photograph wildlife but while waiting for to photograph an incoming flight this Oystercatcher was nice enough to pose for me. Ken
