Most outsiders associate Miami with its South Beach and pastel Art Deco buildings. Miami, however, is also quite modern in its downtown part, and especially its Brickell financial and business district. I went for a leisurely stroll last Sunday, looking for architectural abstracts and details. These are my visual impressions:
Light & Shadow:

Reflections:

And then there is a riot of colors and shapes and forms:

Re: Miami – In Search of PatternsReply #2 on: June 29, 2019 at 6:33 amWell done! Good to see you here. I remember our walk around Chicago shooting architecture. Looks like I need a trip to Miami.

Your one day walk created a number of really excellent images. For me, that would have been a “career” day for productivity. Great eye as always. Happy to find you here.

PS: I’ve changed your forum display name to mixed case. BLOCK CAPITALS look a little aggressive.

Thank you. I tried to change it immediately after I noticed what my autofill function did (used all caps from some of my previously filled forms), but apparently couldn’t. It seems that all caps stay in some other fields, as per images attached.
