    Taken at Portknockie on the North coast of Scotland with a 50mph wind blowing. I went to photograph the rock but ended up concentrating on the breaking waves and the texture of the water. Ken

    Another great capture. I am happy to see you didn’t let the ocean completely smoot out like so many would have been tempted to.  You have a sense of energy in this image. Nicely composed. I like it a lot.

    Very well done indeed. And I agree with Kevin; too long an exposure would have muted the power of the storm.
