I know Steve from the 10 days we spent with each other in Venice some years ago. He was primarily a landscape guy and I was primarily a street guy. We had good fun learning each others techniques and the challenges each presented. Steve got me to think more about each capture and what it would mean once back at the computer.
Steve is terrific and no one would be disappointed doing a workshop with him. I was happy I met Steve and learned immensely from him.

I’ll second that. I’ve done three workshops with Steve, in Greenland, Venice and the Faroes, and hugely enjoyed all of them. He doesn’t just take you to photogenic places; he asks you to think and talk about what you’re doing and why, and that’s both challenging and refreshing.
His sense of humour is closely aligned with mine. Some might not regard that as a Good Thing. I did.
