    First, follow the axiom from ‘The Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy’: “Don’t Panic!” However, if you own an A7 series camera, this is worth reading and at least knowing about.

    Aside from the actual content re flange to sensor variation, I LOVED the “Internet Wrongness Unit” calculations.  😉

    As long as we remember not to drop our cameras…

    Personally I find it scary the number of people who walk around with no strap or anything connecting their fingers to their camera body. Having said that, back in 1980 I was out on the St. Lawrence River at low tide with my Minolta XD-11 and a Sigma 400mm lens. Because it was really windy, I had the tripod legs set up very wide. Not to be outdone, the wind changed direction and blew the whole thing over onto the only rock it could find, denting the camera body and snapping the tripod mount on the lens. Life goes on… 🙂
