A few weeks ago. Sub zero and I was in the hills to the North of our place looking at hoar frost on trees, hoping for an image to jump out for me. The dogs watched as I went by with two of ours in the pickup. Down the road a bit I got out the longer lens and made this one. Sub zero is a great time to get out and photograph. Only wish we had a lot more snow.
"A good still photograph, studied by an inquiring mind, frequently yields more information than a mile of moving images". Walter Cronkite, New York, June 1989
