I log in with “Remember Me” checked. The next day, I refresh the page and I’m logged out. Is this how it’s supposed to work?

Re: “Remember Me” broken?Reply #1 on: March 4, 2020 at 11:35 amYes, it is effectively broken and has been from Day One.
It seems that if, like many of us, you login with different devices, the WordPress system cannot handle it. The cookie also seems to expire quite quickly. Furthermore, if you do not logout on A device before logging on B device, you are occasionally forced to login twice. Very inelegant. We have been searching for a solution to no avail but will continue to do so.
ChrisRe: “Remember Me” broken?Reply #2 on: March 4, 2020 at 3:36 pmI’d noticed I occasionally had to log in twice. I’d wondered why. It is, as you say, very inelegant. I hope there’s a fix.

Re: “Remember Me” broken?Reply #4 on: March 9, 2020 at 5:58 pmChris and I met with our developers on Friday and they have a long list. Some of the forum issues have been addressed. The double sign in and remember me are being worked on. We have a list and we are checking things off. At least the disappearing replies should now be fixed.
Re: “Remember Me” broken?Reply #5 on: March 9, 2020 at 9:23 pmNo real news yet on these issues. It appears that the ‘double login’ issue is restricted to those of us who have Admin status where it literally happens back to back with the first login failing. Please let us know otherwise. The requirement to login more than once over 24 hours and when using different devices remains an open issue. I will post here when there is further information.
Re: “Remember Me” broken?Reply #6 on: March 22, 2020 at 11:40 amThis appears to work now.
Thanks,
Jim
Re: “Remember Me” broken?Reply #7 on: March 22, 2020 at 11:36 pmThanks Jim. Glad we got that worked out. A few more things on our list to improve in a few other places. A constant battle to continually improve. Appreciate you hanging in there while we worked through things.
