    Here’s a severely cropped limpkin from this morning. I’d have dumped this shot except I like the spread wing.

    I crop if I have to, Jeremy, but HCB had a point, though he carried it beyond reason. The place to compose is on the camera. I think that with street photography that’s really important. With birds in the air, not so much.
