Why does Fuji not include IS in their cameras?  I refuse to buy a camera without IS.

The fuji Xh1 has IBIS and so does the GFX100.  The soon to be announced XT4 is rumored to have IBIS.  Plus many of their lenses have stabilization.

Thanks for the response, Kevin. I can understand Hugh’s concern because I have a ‘fine motor tremor’ in my hands, and the IBIS on my A7R III makes a huge difference for me. At 42MP I can see the difference, and tripods aren’t always possible.

Am casting an eye toward the GFX 100…

    Mike.

When I get back from Antarctica I will post my GFX report.  I will make available for download an image I made with the GFX at 1/8th of a sec and it is perfectly sharp.

The Fuji IBIS works great on the xh1.  I look forward to see what the XT4 has.

IBIS works quite nicely on my X-T4 and the new Fuji S10 has IBIS as well…
