    That’s a cool looking structure.  where is it?  I like the photo too.  I’d crop it tighter as my eye keeps going to the bright left side.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks . . .   I like the framing so might try just brining the sky tones down a bit on the left.

    The Geisel Library is on the campus of the University of California San Diego.  Here’s a more pedestrian view of the iconic building.  Since libraries are “temples of learning,” I call this shot “Temple Mount.”

    Rod Clark and I were there shooting some product shots and stayed through the blue hour.  It really is a beautiful structure.

    Interesting building for sure. Gives the illusion of cantilever w/o being there. I like the first image although I probably wouldn’t have pushed the contrast that much, and I agree with Kevin about the left side pulling attention away.
