Fern and Water

    I found this fern in a shady rock slot that water was flowing through.  This was the type of place that you didn’t want to slip and fall because all the rocks had sharp edges.

    That is quite lovely! I am enjoying the almost ironic contrast of the soft vegetation against the unyielding and rather sharp rocks. Is there some way to strengthen that already-fairly-strong contrast?

    Minor note, it feels like it’s leaning to the left. Trim the right edge a bit and tilt the whole thing slightly clockwise, maybe?

    I like the circular flow; the eye settles on the bright fern first, and – being triangular – follows it from bottom to top. Then, spying the water, follows it down again. And around.
