    We’re very fortunate in that we live about 300 yd from the ocean, and we’re also a 20-minute walk to Victoria’s Beacon Hill Park (200 acres of mixed gardens, woods, etc.) It’s a great place to coddiwomple and make the occasional image.

    Colour. But the reason for that choice has little to do with the colour (pleasant) and more to do with the fact that, to my eye, the texture of the leaves comes through better…
