Stunning image Steven! I love the central composition, so majestic.

(As an Italian, I love Japanese food, but I appreciate your compliment to our food :D)

Thanks everyone! I made some of the changes suggested here, submitted to the International Photographic Competition 2019 and got into the Loan Collection! I’m delighted and I definitely owe everyone here a beer 🙂

Great article, Kevin. I have one of those two to store my Lightroom catalog on the road.

I see you are paranoid about losing stuff (so am I!). Give a look at this article where I describe how to set up Lightroom and a Synology box for continuous transparent backup of your work even when you are on the road:

It should translate pretty straight to CaptureOne.

tldr; a dropbox-like shared folder that is synchronized across multiple machines transparently.

I’ve been running this set up for few years now.

    Thanks, Kevin!

Tell me I’m not the only one to remember 8″ floppy drives. ? Bill Gates is reported to have said, “40MB of hard drive space is all you’ll ever need.” That quote may or may not be true, but the reality certainly is not.

The original quote was “640K (of RAM) ought to be enough for anybody” 😀

Thanks Kevin! Definitely, the darker spot in the sky has been bothering me greatly. Haven’t been able to touch it up convincingly yet. I need to resurrect Viveza and try with it.

edit: yep, much better now, thanks!
