Kevin, I think it would be great to see just some of your daily routine as you go about shooting, editing, and making a finished print with your thought process as you go.  Might be a little difficult shooting a video while your hands are busy but even an audio would be good.  Glad to see your are back at it, don’t get stressed out and if necessary sit back and relax a little.

P.S.  I have really enjoyed the discussion with others you have done.

Wonderful that you found a new home.  This should make your trip to Svalbard much more enjoyable, looking forward to seeing some great images.

Those are some beautiful pano’s, Kevin.  Those of the Dolomites really are outstanding.  When you do your stitching software review think about including Affinity, I’ve been using it and so far I have had great success with it and also for photo stacking.

I would love get by without glass but I live on a farm and the dust in the house is terrible, I really think my only option is glass or Plexiglas.   Anything over 11″ x 14″ I use Plexiglas.  I had a grandson knock an 11″ x 14″ off the wall, it broke the frame in one corner and cracked the glass, he was very lucky.

Christopher, that is the general idea.  I insert the splines in as in the first picture after the video but use two splines.  I have a jig as in the second picture and set up as to be able to just flip the frame from side to side giving me two splines.

    Kind of like this:  IMG_2780s
