    Fri, July 16, 2021

    6:30 PM – 8:00 PM EDT

join veteran photographer Rad Drew as he shares one of the most user-friendly and powerful editing apps for iPhone and android: SnapSeed!

    About this event

SnapSeed has been with us for a number of years now and for good reason. It’s one of the easiest-to-use and most powerful editing and stylizing apps for iPhone and Android.

Many of us are very familar with basic editing features of this great tool, but did you know, you can do these things with the SnapSeed app?

    • Process RAW files with SnapSeed’s develop mode (Great for ProRAW files created with the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro.)
    • Mask for various effects
    • Edit portraits
    • Correct “keystoneing”
    • Manage White Balance
    • Create Composites of two or more images

Join Rad Drew as he takes you into the nooks and cranies of SnapSeed. Rad will demonstrate using his images from around the world and show how to:

    1. Process RAW files in SnapSeed
    2. Correct leaning buildings (keystoning)
    3. Create masks for a variety of effects (like leaving a spot of color in an image)
    4. Process images to perfection with respect to exposure, sharpness, texture, and unwanted elements.
    5. Eliminate noise from skies
    6. Add filters to give your images a vintage look
    7. Combine images to create composites
    8. Process beautiful portraits with a minimum of adjustments.
    9. Correct white balance with the click of a button.

    And so much more!

The event is 19.00 and worth every penny.

Kevin, I’d love to attend but it’s past my bedtime (1130pm to 0100am). Do you know if he’ll record it?

Darn!  Does this mean I finally have to get a cellphone 🙂

Kevin, viewing your 1st post using Win10 and Chrome, the pasted text is difficult or not readable in Night Mode.  The “How I did it” and “Date and Time” line seem to have retained their dark text for some reason and the text below is also pretty dark.  Not sure if this is a setup on my end but have had no other problems and the text you wrote is OK.

It’s probably because I cut and pasted the etx.  As long as it doesn’t show up elsewhere we will not worry about it.
