    Epson Error Code 0x1601

    In the past I have had good response from Epson support and as mentioned the have replaced the original P800 with a reconditioned one.This is the 3rd one I have from them. The only good thing is that they include a new set of cartridges with the unit.

    As for restarting or re installing I did both, twice or more

    I think that confirms you need a part replacement. I haven’t heard back yet from my former contact. I’ll revert if I do.
